That seems like substantial redundancy for a berth rated to 361 metres, so I'm curious whether the floating moorings are meant for smaller craft or for adjusting line angles as vessels shift with tide. Also, with only 10.3 metres of depth and a 3.45-metre dock height, how much margin does that leave for deeper-draft ships at low water?
